Federal Budget the impact on women

The big news this week has been the budget. More than any  Federal budget  for  a long time this budget has delivered stark winners and losers . Much has been written this week about the effect of the budget on women.  Once again it has been highlighted that women as a general rule earn less than men, have less savings going into old age, be more vulnerable to poverty and more likely to have caring responsibilities all these factors impacting on how women will be effected by the budget.
