Federal budget a mixed bag according to Early Childhood Australia

Early Childhood Australia applauds the Government’s big picture reforms including DisabilityCare and the National Plan for School Improvement in this year’s Federal Budget but  doesn’t belive that the Federal government has gone far enough. Early Childhood Australia is disappointed with the lack of investment in the early years and in the government’s failure to streamline the Child Care Benefit and Child Care Rebate.
